The Vero Beach Guide app (“the app”) is published by Aquila Holdings LLC. Jon Sterling, a Florida licensed real estate sales associate with The Real Brokerage Inc., provides the guides and answers questions sent through the app.
What the app collects
Nothing, unless you send a form. The app has no accounts, no ads and no tracking.
When you send a form (for example Ask a Question, Plan a Visit or What’s My Home Worth), we receive the details you type: your name, email address, and, if you give them, your phone number, property address, travel dates and message. We use them only to answer your request and to follow up about it.
If you check the box to allow calls and texts, Jon Sterling may call or text you about your request. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
What stays on your iPhone
Saved guides, saved places, your checklist and the “moving from” setting stay on your device. We cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes them.
Location
If you allow it, the app uses your location on your device to show where you are on the map. We do not receive or store your location.
Other services
- Maps and place search use Apple Maps.
- The flood zone lookup sends the address location to FEMA’s public flood map service.
- Links open jonsterling.com, sterlingluxe.com and other websites, which have their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with others for their marketing. We may share it when the law requires it, or with a service that helps us deliver your message (for example our email provider).
Your choices
To see, correct or delete information you sent us, email jon@jonsterling.com with the subject “Delete my information.” We will answer within 30 days.
Children
The app is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
