What is different about YOUR coaching? There are lots of coaches out there.

Our coaching is designed for top performers and aspiring top performers in the real estate industry. If you are not interested in becoming the best you can be, our coaching programs are not for you. We mean that.

How does the payment process work?

Many of the other coaching programs out there focus on hooking you into annual contracts they won’t let you cancel. We don’t like that sort of business practice. Our belief is that should we ever stop providing value to you as coaches for some reason, you should stop paying us. That’s why our clients love our month-to-month arrangement. We accept all major credit cards (because we know how much you love to earn those airline points).

Who are your coaches?

Jon Sterling is the primary coach for most of our programs. There are additional coaches involved from time-to-time, but only with approval from our coaching clients. We only use additional coaches when there’s a specific need that requires some outside expertise–REOs, specific legal issues, specific country issues, etc.

Jon has personally coached some of the top agents and teams in the US, and has worked in real estate on three continents (so far). He has been involved in the real estate business as an agent, broker-owner, sales manager, investor and a variety of real estate technology roles. He has also written a few books for real estate professionals.

How can I communicate with my coach?

Our default is to do our one-on-one coaching via phone calls. We use video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) for group coaching calls and training events. We are flexible about the medium if you have a specific preference. Sometimes you want to see the face of the person on the other side of the conversation and we understand that! We also understand that just because the world figured out Zoom exists does not mean that every conversation now has to be over Zoom.

Does my real estate company affiliation matter?

Can you help us make decisions about which technology providers to use? The choices are a bit overwhelming.

Yes. First, it’s important to know we don’t have any official relationships with third-party providers (aka “nobody is paying us to recommend their products”). We don’t want to push you one way or another and we can work with whatever providers you are already using. With that said, we are always happy to help you find and vet new technology providers as needed and we personally know many of the owners of the popular technology providers.

What if my question isn't answered here?

Please send us a message on our contact page. If your question is good enough to make its way to this FAQ page, we will send you a cookie. Probably chocolate chip, but that part is negotiable.
